What!! Now I'm really experiencing gardener envy, that is a beautiful Allium..is it Globemaster? I think that's one of the coolest flowers about, never found one in my local garden shops....where did you get it?

Oh, duh, I see where you labeled it "Gladiator"...is that a later blooming variety? How big is the bloom? I have to get over my fear of ordering from catalogs, I don't have such an exotic variety to choose from here in the boonies..

This allium blooms in late spring/early summer. It's a good size bloom. I bought two of these bulbs and 2 other alluim bulbs at 16 Acres Gardens last fall. I don't have good luck ordering from catalogs either so off to the garden shop I go for all plants and bulbs.

That is my favorite, I went in on an order from Steve the fishman, I wonder if they came in? They have those at the North Woodstock Inn in NH where we stay, for the last 5 years I keep meaning to get some. Yours are beautiful!
