Lori, I'm sitting here amazed! Your flowers may have been a little bit slower kicking in, but what a selection you have. Those coneflowers are awesome, that poppy is way too cool (I've never seen one like that before), and of course the allium.... Next year will be even more incredible in your garden as those flowers will be established..you have a wonderful touch with finding these unique and exotic flowers...I'm thinking my garden is boring compared to the exciting plants you have in yours. I'm glad you posted pictures, I've been really curious as to how those coneflowers turned out.
I've seen this poppy advertised in catalogs for years - it is so beautiful - I've never actually gone out and gotten one - a little timid about trying to grow one this far south.

The deeper reddish/orange coneflower has one bud on it and should be poking out soon. I'll try to get a picture of it when in bloom.

What are the flowers in the background of the first coneflower? I like the color, almost salmon/peachy looking.
The smaller flower behind the coneflower is a zinnia.
